Payment
There is a one time, 15-minute, free consulting option for clients to explore our services, and determine whether or not we can offer appropriate assistance.
We bill by the hour.
Please note, that after each 20-minutes, a complete hour will be billed. (e.g.: the lesson/assessment/consultation goes 1 hour and 20 minutes, at which point the client will be billed for 2 hours).
Travel time
We will work on a sliding scale when it comes to travel time, but outside of the city-bounds of Greater Vancouver, travel will be billed by the hour. We will give an estimate of this fee using Waze and/or Google maps.
Consultations requiring extensive travel, such as overnight hotel stay and/or plane ride, a flat fee will be assessed and communicated before accepting the contract.
We require a 24-hour cancellation notice.
This means a message, or email regarding the cancellation must be received no later than 24-hours before your appointment (i.e., if the appointment is for May 8, 8:30am, we should receive cancellation notice no later then 8:29:59am May 7th). If we arrive at the appointment and the client is a no-show, a 1 hour fee will be billed to the client.

eTransfer or checks.
Payment is due upon services rendered.
